Although the team acquired the services of Smart Gilas stalwarts Lassiter and Casio, i don't think it's gonna be enough for them to achieve something this conference and the next conference and the next. But i guarantee the fans this team will be competitive next season.

Powerade is actually the team i'm secretly rooting for this season since Espino from my old team SLR is there. But why the heck he's not in the current line up?



7. Meralco Bolts

Sol and Cardona is arguably the best offensive guard duo in the League. But are they enough to bring their team to glory land?
Personally, i don't even know why this team can't even reach atleast the semifinals. For me, the Bolts is one of the "complete" team the League has. They have Taulava and Espinas to man the front plus they just acquired Ballesteros from the draft.

On the PF postion, i'm not sure if Hugnatan is still injured but Mark Isip ain't a bad player, infact his Redbull stint was awesome untill he got traded again.

SF and Guards, you can rotate Macapagal, Omolon, Cardona, Mercado and Ross. What i see here are players capable of scoring big any night. The coach just needs to know how to rotate these players.

I might be worng with my early predictions and this team might achieve a whole lot more this Philippine Cup.



6. Brgy. Ginebra Kings

The team barely had changes in their line up. Caguioa is the only bright spot i see in their roster. I say they give "The Raging Bull" a break this season instead of Menk.
